Rooted in Compassion and the Belief That You Are Already Whole.
About Me
I am a Massachusetts Licensed Mental Health Counselor with a deep passion for helping adults and older adolescents navigate life’s challenges. I have worked in outpatient, inpatient, and partial hospital settings, offering support for a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, self-harm, self-esteem/body-image struggles and life transitions. In addition to my work with individuals, I have extensive experience running group therapy, fostering a collaborative environment where clients can connect, share, and grow together.
My approach is eclectic, blending trauma-informed internal family systems (IFS), EMDR, person-centered, relational and emotion-focused techniques, all grounded in the belief that each person’s journey is unique. I take a non-pathologizing approach towards working with individuals, meaning that I view people as inherently resilient and resourceful, rather than focusing on deficits or labels. I believe that healing doesn’t always have to be serious —sometimes laughter can be just as powerful a tool throughout this process.
*At this time, my practice is full and I’m unable to accept new clients. I’ll update this page when openings become available. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I am currently in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Harvard Pilgrim, Tufts Commercial Plans, Mass General Brigham, Cigna, Optum, and United Healthcare.
I prioritize transparency with all my clients, ensuring they fully understand their insurance coverage and financial responsibilities prior to the initial appointment.
If you're having trouble finding an in-network provider for your plan, I can provide a super bill for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please note this option would require payment upfront. HSAs can also be accepted as payment.

Yes! Feel free to contact me for information regarding private pay rates.
What is the benefit of private pay? It offers more flexibility and privacy, avoiding insurance limitations and diagnosis requirements.
I also offer a range of sliding scale options based on individual need and socioeconomic status. Reach out to inquire about rates—I will try my best to find an arrangement that is feasible.

Yes, I work evenings three nights a week to accommodate a variety of clients. I understand that some jobs may not offer flexibility, so I prioritize those with scheduling constraints to secure evening slots. Please let me know if evenings are your only available time, and I will do my best to ensure I have availability, as evening slots are limited.
At this time, I am unable to accommodate new clients with evening-only availability. Thank you for understanding!

Do you ever notice yourself reacting more intensely than you’d like, or finding yourself stuck in patterns that no longer fit the person you’re becoming? Sometimes past experiences still echo in the present, quietly shaping how we think, feel, and respond—even when we’ve grown and changed in so many ways.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a therapy designed to help people heal from traumatic or distressing experiences that continue to affect them today. It’s not about reliving the past but about helping your brain recognize that the past is over—so you can respond to life in the present, not as if old wounds are still happening. Through guided eye movements or other forms of bilateral stimulation, EMDR helps the mind process and release what’s been stuck, allowing for greater calm and clarity. Many clients notice that EMDR therapy helps them gain insights and shifts that might have taken much longer to reach through traditional talk therapy modalities.
I currently hold trainings in S.A.F.E EMDR protocol.
